November the 10^th, 2016 we welcomed two representatives of our distributor in Ukraine, IRBIS-AUTO, and two of its major fleet customers. The attendees received training on the Fersa brand and products, as well as on the correct mounting of wheel-end bearings for DAF and Volvo trucks.

We also took the opportunity to certify Maksym Krutik, Purchasing Manager at IRBIS-AUTO, as a Fersa Care Specialist, as he has been training with us since 2015. The Fersa Care Specialist certification, among other things, will allow Krutik to keep abreast of all new products and technical advantages, thanks to being in direct contact with our engineers and quality team. The Fersa Care Specialist will also be fully able to know the range and requirements of our products, as well as all the tools available.

This training forms part of our comprehensive service for the aftermarket, Fersa Care, which includes everything from training sessions and workshops to specific tools for each application and complete information on cross-references.

Fersa also has an online mechanical assistance scheme, Your Friend in the Workshop, with support videos and information that seek to promote best practices for spare parts. The material is available on our website and our YouTube channel so you can dispose of our experts’ opinion whenever you need it.
