Fersa Group, a Spanish multinational that designs, manufactures and distributes mobility solutions, bearings and electromechanical components for the automotive, industrial and energy sectors, obtained last year the "Great Place to Work" certification after a diagnosis of the organizational environment of its employees. In doing so, it became the first industrial company to be certified with this recognition.

For the second consecutive year, Fersa is once again recognized as an excellent place to work, as stated by 88% of its employees. They also emphasize that they are treated fairly regardless of their gender and position in the company; that they are proud of the company's achievements; and that they can be themselves in the workplace.

Fersa is also firmly committed to young talent in order to achieve a strong pool of talent that can grow to positions of responsibility within the Group, as well as develop their professional career in an international environment.

"83% of the interns who have joined Fersa in recent years have joined the workforce with a permanent contract at the end of their university internships," says Adrián Lafuente, HR Business Partner of Fersa Group. "We are committed to talent as the driving force behind the company's growth and we offer real employment opportunities to young people who are highly prepared, with the ability to solve problems, ambition in their objectives and international projection."
