The Zaragoza-based multinational joins more than 50 entities to present the evolution of sensorized bearings and their application to intelligent mobility in the museum that was inaugurated by King Felipe VI on February 21.

Mobility City, an initiative of the Ibercaja Foundation with the support of the Government of Aragon, was born in 2018 with the aspiration of placing Zaragoza and Aragon at the forefront of new mobility and the transformation of associated sectors.

This project materialized with the creation of the first Technological Museum of Mobility in the 21st century, located on the Zaha Hadid Bridge, built on the occasion of Expo Zaragoza 2008 and which had remained closed since then.

In the museum collaborate leading companies and institutions in the automotive, telecommunications, energy, and logistics sectors. Among the more than 50 participating entities is the Zaragoza-based multinational specializing in the design and manufacture of bearings and powertrain and smart mobility solutions, Fersa Group, which collaborates with the project and has a presence within the museum's exhibition area.

The innovation in intelligent and sensorized bearings presented by Fersa Group adds to the multimedia exhibition of the museum, showing what future mobility will be like and the importance of innovation in the sustainable, intelligent, and connected mobility industry.

The museum, which will open its doors to the public on March 3, was inaugurated by King Felipe VI on February 21.
