We have asked our clients for their brand perception during 2018. We would like to share some of the results with you.
From the most valued aspects, quality of the product and the ability to communicate with our customers stand out, with more than 60% of the respondents rated these topics as "very good" or "excellent".
We have also obtained suggestions that will take into account for next years, like expanding our repertoire of tutorial videos and tools for the workshop through our Fersa Care program.
