Two years of Fersa Care
We celebrate the trajectory of our complete mechanic assistance service launching the online platform, "Your friend in the workshop".
The Fersa Care program celebrates two years. The program began in 2015 as a tool for promoting closeness, active listening and confidence for the workshops. Two years later, the service offered by the Fersa Care has evolved and now includes everything from brand training workshops and classes to specific tools for each application and complete information on cross references.
To celebrate this we have launched "Your friend in the workshop", an online tool with videos of assembly and disassembly and technical sheet with tips and good practices, our Informative Capsules.
Currently, we have a series of capsules on premature failure in bearings:
I. Incorrect installation of the seal (in reverse) on the driven axle.
II. Installation of the seal with unsuitable tools (without the Fersa mounting tools).
III. Mounting of the bearing without using Fersa mounting tools.
IV. Mounting the bearing without mounting the inner side O-ring.
In addition, we have our videos of assembly and disassembly of wheel end kit and wheel end hub for truck.
The Fersa Care service is based on four fundamental pillars: Fersa Solutions, Fersa Accessories, Fersa Academy, and Fersa Warranty.
- Fersa Academy: specialized training on the company and product aimed at both our distributors and workshops. It includes an online tool, "Your ally in the workshop", with mounting videos and informative capsules that promote good practices.
- Fersa Warranty: extended service warranty to workshops through the Approved Workshop Network.
- Fersa Accessories: are genuine Fersa products that are seeking to go beyond bearings through articles that ensure the best performance and lengthen the life cycle of our bearings.
- Fersa Solutions: Complete technical information about our bearings and their applications.
We are proud of our bearings but we know that a good product is useless without the correct installation. Our commitment to our clients motivates us to continue working in order to make easier your work at the workshop.
