We launch our innovative range in Automechanika Frankfurt 2018
Our special bearing range debuts in the most important event for the Aftermarket worldwide.
We have taken to Frankfurt our most innovative range with bearings specialy designed to attend to particuar requirements. More concretely, we have launched five more ranges:
- POWER DENSE BEARINGS: these bearings have been specially designed to improve the power and volume nexus, allowing us to decrease their size and weight. Their durability is maintained by reducing friction. This gives an optimal distribution of power on the surfaces of our bearings, making them perfect for applications where weight is a critical factor.
- COATED BEARINGS: the bearing includes coatings that significantly reduce friction and protect the steel from premature failure, preventing elements such as hydrogen from entering the material. As a result, the service life of the bearing is extended, avoiding many of the causes of the appearance of WEC (White Etching Cracks) and subsequent bearing failures.
- ULTRAPRO BEARINGS: ULTRAPRO range increases the bearing's life by 8 times. This range applies thermal treatments to the steel and surface engineering, which improves the performance and increases the load capacity of our bearings.
- MOSS BEARING: One of Fersa Group's main strengths is the integration of components. Moss bearings incorporate wireless sensors that measure aspects such as temperature, vibration, humidity, loads or speed, among others. This improves maintenance, allowing you to predict and correct possible failures.
- HYBRID BEARINGS: The future of mobility demands solutions adapted to a sustainable automotive model, such as the electric vehicle. That is why Fersa has decided to commit to a new range of special bearings. HYBRID bearings incorporate ceramic coatings that adapt to the specific needs of this type of vehicle, such as electrical insulation, high speeds and vibration reduction.
