New Fersa Cassette Seal for the toughest applications

We incorporate a new seal in our Preset hub assemblies in order to ensure a more robust replacement.

The Fersa Cassette Seal provides sealing of the bearing in the most extreme situations and ensures a secure and durable mounting. The new seal is included in our preset hub assemblies part numbers for truck rear axles on DAF and Volvo models: F 400003, F 400004, F 400006, F 400007 and F 400008.

This seal has three developments that significantly improve bearing performance.

First, it has a closed structure. Being a completely closed element, we have achieved a more robust piece. It also has four different sealing points, which ensures maximum protection of our bearings.

Secondly, the piece is designed to make assembly much more intuitive, avoiding mistakes and ensuring the lifespan of the bearing.

Thirdly, the cassette seal is able to withstand 30% more pressure than the Oil Seal model. This makes our cassette seal able to support a pressure 13 times higher than the normal operating pressure.
