Fersa collaborates with the euspen Talent Programme 2025 to promote talent in engineering and nanotechnology
This programme is an international competition designed to identify exceptional students with the potential to become future leaders in the fields of precision engineering and nanotechnology.
This 2025 Fersa collaborates with the euspen Talent Programme (formerly known as the Euspen Challenge), an international competition designed to identify exceptional students with the potential to become future leaders in the fields of precision engineering and nanotechnology.
This programme equips students with skills in international teamwork, leadership training, and interpersonal development, promoting the values of:
- CONNECTION: Inspiring and fostering development in others.
- NETWORKING: Building strong relationships.
- LEADERSHIP: Through mentoring and collaboration with other participants.
Programme phases:
Stage 1: Each team must develop a solution for our "virtual challenge."
The 2025 challenge is carried out in collaboration with Fersa and focuses on the development of a measurement process that can be integrated into the manufacturing line of the inner rings of tapered roller bearings.
Stage 2: The top three teams of the "virtual challenge" will be invited to attend the University of Zaragoza, Spain, to present their solution to the virtual challenge. The winning team will have the opportunity to... Additionally, a bursary will be awarded to contribute towards travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses. Students from the top three teams will also receive complimentary access to our 25th International Conference and Exhibition.
Stage 3: Each team will present their final solution in a short video during the euspen international conference and exhibition on precision engineering and nanotechnology. Furthermore, students from the top three teams will have the great opportunity to participate in the HR talent forum organized during the International Conference and Exhibition.
