The Fersa Quality Team is working alongside the IK4-TEKNIKER technology centre to develop new items and processes for the production to ensure the maximum cleanliness of the parts. At the same time, it is studying the quality of materials supplied by Fersa providers in order to ensure a maximum degree of quality, also with regard to raw material.
It is estimated that between 70% and 80% of bearing failures are caused by contamination, whether internal or external, of the product. The bearing is one of the components that supports heavier loads. That is why, by reducing the number of impurities, we can guarantee the final product performance.
